The holiday season can be a difficult time for mental health. This year may be particularly hard. People are struggling with job loss, facing the loneliness of isolation, and dealing with the grief of losing loved ones.

If you’re doing OK, people really need good neighbours right now. Reach out to family, friends, and neighbours—SAFELY, which for the time being probably means phone or video calls. Just letting someone know you care about them can do a world of good.
