The Bus Network Redesign rollout was certainly not without its challenges, but it was never meant to be set in stone — it’s a foundation to build better service for everyone. Changes have already been made based on user feedback, and that process is ongoing. Keep the feedback coming so ETS can continue to make those adjustments and fixes.
Realistically, large-scale service and coverage improvements will require more investment. I will continue to push for sound fiscal management and investments that get us the most value for the resources we have.
